According to an announcement by AADE, the application for submitting a request for a separate declaration of spouses was launched.
From this service, married taxpayers can announce their choice to submit a separate income tax return spouse for the tax year 2020 until February 28, 2021. After this deadline, the option to submit a separate return can not be revoked.
