The Easter gift 2021 for employees who are on suspension is 534 € / 2 = 267 €
This applies to employees who are suspended throughout the period from January 1 to April 30
Payment will be made on Wednesday 28 April but not the full amount but what corresponds to the first three Months
That is 267 € X 3 Months / 4 Months
So 202 € on April 28 and the remaining 65 € until 31 May 2021
To calculate the Easter Gift those employees who were not suspended all the time follow the following operation
The total number of days for € 267 is 120 days. So the employee must know the days that were suspended
267 € X Suspension days / 120
From this amount you do the operation mentioned above to see how much money will come in on Wednesday and how much until May 31st.
