The possibility of exemption from the payment of municipal fees for companies that have been affected by the emergency measures for the coronavirus, was given to the municipalities with the Legislative Content Act issued on March 20, 2020. Professionals and companies that have ceased their activities due to pavilion of Covid-19, can now apply electronically for their exemption from cleaning and lighting fees and / or the reduction of fees for common areas, provided that the Municipality owned by the company has taken the appropriate decisions.
